In order to fill in a pdf document.

1) Download and install Adobe Acrobat DC .

2) Download the selected entry form to your PC.

3) Right click on the downloaded form and select Open With 

4) Select Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

5) When open  Select "Fill and Sign" from right menu

6) Click on each entry and enter your details

7) Save the completed document and send it as an attachment to the Competition secretary
